In 2022, renovation and expansion work began in our hotel, as a result of which we will be able to welcome our guests in a completely renewed Kenese Bay Garden Resort & Conference hotel from the spring of 2024. The hotel has a total of 159 rooms in different categories.
The majority of the rooms, 132 double rooms, were created in the main building.
In all cases, the rooms are double, with a few exceptions, they have a balcony. Certain room types allow a third person to be accommodated in the room, on an extra bed, while in other rooms a pull-out couch has been placed, thus ensuring the accommodation of a family with children in either one or two rooms.
In the rooms, carefully selected furniture, harmonious colors, soft materials, and the best quality Billerbeck beds and mattresses guarantee a calm, pleasant rest, to which modern technological solutions, cooling air conditioning, and special lighting technology contribute.
All the rooms are equipped with LED TV with a wide range of channels, room safe and mini fridge. Of course, WiFi access is also provided, free of charge. All rooms are non-smoking.

Bathroom comfort is ensured by a spacious shower cubicle, a mirror with adjustable color temperature, a shaving and make-up mirror, toiletries and a hair dryer.

All you have to do is step out onto the room's terrace and take a seat in the comfortable chairs here. Watch as the sun sinks below the horizon - crown it all by sipping a bottle of fine wine, recommended by our Sommelier colleague from the selected juices of the Balaton region.

There are 4 executive suites in the main building, the biggest attraction of which is the jacuzzi on their terrace. The suites have a separate bedroom and living room, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Two suites can be connected to the room next to it, so it is also excellent for multi-generational vacations or mid-year breaks. All suites are non-smoking.
A total of 20 double rooms and 1 wheelchair accessible room are located in 3 separate buildings.
In terms of quality and equipment, the rooms are completely identical to the rooms in the main building. Their terrace offers a partial view of Lake Balaton. From the rooms in the park building, the hotel's wellness-fitness and sauna department, restaurant, Lounge Bar and the reception can be reached - outdoors - through the garden shaded by sycamore trees, the distance is about 50 meters. There is no elevator available in these buildings, the rooms can be reached via stairs. All rooms are non-smoking.
Directly on the water's edge, 2 two-story VIP apartments provide the feeling of a private holiday home, with a terrace opening in the direction of Lake Balaton.
The apartments have two separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor. On the lower floor, a spacious living room, dining room and equipped kitchenette make our guests' stay here homely. From the apartments, the hotel's wellness-fitness and sauna department, restaurant, Lounge Bar and reception can be accessed - outdoors - through the garden shaded by sycamore trees.
