    Each room is equipped with air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature using the remote control.

    Extra blankets are available free of charge at the reception upon request.

    Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

    Start your day well! Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. On weekends, breakfast is available until 10:30 AM.

 

  • BED LINEN CHANGE
    Bed linen is changed every three days. If you require additional changes, please inform the reception. Towels will be replaced upon request, or you can leave them on the bathroom floor for exchange.

 

  • BUSINESS SERVICES
    Printing is available at the printer located near reception. If you need scanning or photocopying, please ask our reception staff for assistance.

    Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

     
  • CHECK-OUT TIME
    Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Please ensure you check out before this time. Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.





     
  • CHILD-FRIENDLY FACILITIES
    The park has a wooden playground, swings and a sandpit to keep children entertained. Water bikes and high quality SUP bikes are available to ride the waves of Lake Balaton. For families looking for intellectual adventures, we recommend the garden chess.
    For parents with children, our hotel offers various children's activities and animation during school holidays. For more information on these programmes, please see the notice or ask at reception.

 

  • CONCIERGE SERVICE
    For assistance with baggage storage, directions, or other requests, please approach our reception staff.

    If you do not require housekeeping services, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door or inform the reception.

    There are 8 electric car chargers in the hotel area. 4 in our car park P1, 4 in the conference car park. You can use them by scanning the QR code and paying directly to the service provider. Please contact reception for assistance.

  • FIRE SAFETY
    Please read the fire safety instructions placed in your room carefully and familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits. Green illuminated signs on the corridors show the shortest route to emergency exits.

 

  • FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
    Fire extinguishers and red fire alarm cabinets are clearly visible on each floor. In case of a fire, please do not use the elevator! Use the staircase to exit the building and head to the park.

 

  • FIRST AID
    In case of first aid, our reception and pool master colleagues are at your disposal, but we are not able to give you medication.

    Our fitness room is located on the ground floor of the main hotel building and is open from 6 am to 8 pm. The gym is for your own use only!

    For lost and found items, please contact the reception. Except for perishable items, lost items will be kept for 3 months free of charge. We will be happy to send them to you, with prior payment of postage costs.

    Laundry services are available at our hotel under the following conditions:

Every day, requests made before 09:00 a.m. will be fulfilled within 24 hours or within 6 hours in case of emergency. For more information please contact reception!

    The hotel is equipped with several elevators. Please use them as intended. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to operate the elevators. Elevators only work with the key card.

  • PARKING

Our hotel has a closed parking lot for cars and motorbikes, monitored by a camera, but not guarded. Our car parks are signposted P1/P2/P3. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any valuables or objects left in the vehicle or for any damage caused in the car park. The parking spaces can be entered/exited with your key card.

Parking by bus is available in car park P2.

  • PILLOW SELECTION
    If you require additional or different pillows, please inform the reception. Our pillow selection includes a neck pillow, memory foam pillow, cervical pillow, contour pillow, and Medicare pillow.

    You can print documents at the printer located near the reception. If you need assistance, please contact the reception.

 

  • PAPER SERVICE
    The nearest post office is 20 minutes on foot from the hotel, but you may also hand over your letters and packages to the reception staff for posting.

Our restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and dinner selection, and our snack menu offers a variety of lunch options in the restaurant and on the terrace from 12.00 - 17.00 every day of the week.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including on the balconies. Smoking is allowed outside the hotel in designated areas.
