AIR CONDITIONING
All hotel rooms are air-conditioned. The system can be controlled via the wall-mounted control panel. The temperature can be adjusted using the up and down arrows in the center of the panel.

General practitioner and pediatric services are available in Balatonkenese. The nearest medical on-call service is located in Balatonalmádi and is available on weekdays between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and 24 hours a day on weekends and public holidays.
Emergency medical care is available at Csolnoky Ferenc Hospital in Veszprém.

Please carefully read the fire safety information provided in your room and familiarize yourself with the locations of emergency exits.
Green illuminated signs in the corridors indicate the shortest route to the emergency exits.

Fire extinguishers and red fire alarm cabinets are clearly marked and located on every floor.
In case of fire, please do not use the elevators.
Use the staircase to reach the ground floor and proceed to the park area.

Our housekeeping staff clean rooms and apartments daily, seven days a week.

IN CASE OF STORM
Please observe the storm warning signals located along the shore.
When no signal is displayed, swimming and the use of watercraft are permitted up to a maximum distance of 500 meters from the shore.
During a first-degree warning, 45 yellow flashes per minute are visible. In this case, please remain close to the shore and within the buoy-marked area.
During a second-degree warning, 90 flashes per minute are displayed. Swimming and the use of watercraft are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
During storms, please do not stand under trees.
Children under 6 years of age, as well as children under 12 who cannot swim, may only stay in open water under adult supervision.
During the summer high season, from June 15 to August 20, our hotel employs a qualified lifeguard to supervise the safety of our Guests at the shore.
